Sébastien followed with passion the design, then the building of his cellar. He knew how to master its high technology to make the inherited know-how of his grandfather live.

With the whole generosity of his youth, Sébastien get under control the wine-making process of the two domaines, and now manages with success the vines of the different appellations (Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Vieux Carignan and the surprising Counoise with its refined liquoriced touch).

He thus elaborates exceptional wines : Tavel, Lirac, Côtes du Rhône, Vin de Pays du Gard, and thus his recent one «Cuvée S N°1».
